End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Spill the Tea (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the Spill the Tea mobile application (“App”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
2. License
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
